Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at Oceanaloeus@gmail.com to tell us you are returning the product.  Please send back any unused portion with your name and phone number and we will promptly return your purchase price.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11 Lafayette Avenue, Seaside Park,  NJ  08752

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and then we will refund you with the same method of payment that you purchased the item with, the refund will be made within 10 business days.   Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
